 Dorie is a hair stylist to the film and television industry with 7 private clientele. A Color specialist, she is also an educator to advanced cutting technique.
Jeannie Tapia - stylist
 Jeannie has 25 years of style, cut and color experience and was a Clairol Color Educator for 9 years.
Being a busy mother, school volunteer and a business woman, Jeannie knows how to create amazing styles that are easy to maintain.
Always basing your cut on your needs, she can transform dull, lifeless hair into high performance/low maintenance cuts and colors. What you though only to be unobtainable for you, can now be a daily lifestyle of ease.
Lisa Orr - stylist
 Well known stylist and color artist, Lisa "O", is the hottest, hippest go-to girl for short or long, unapologetically hot locks and is thrilled to have landed in such an inspiring environment as Blue Star.
Lisa's talents are the result of an on-going commitment to cutting edge techniques, as well as experience that goes well beyond the norm. She has trained with the likes of Michael O'Rourke, founder of Sexy Hair, at the world renowned Institute of Courage.
Her newest accreditation will come this year when she receives her Color Certification from The New York Redken Exchange. Her belief is to receive the best education available to ensure that her clients feel transformed and beautiful each time they visit.

A professional stylist for 13 years, Melissa is passionate about her art, takes her work seriously but makes sure that she and her clients have fun while she works - Melissa absolutely loves what she does!
She specializes in hair color, cutting-edge creative styling and make-up for weddings, runway shows and photo shoots. Having trained under a former Vidal Sassoon colorist and in specialized techniques including Yuko Systems Japanese hair straightening, Melissa has developed exceptional skills. She continues to learn new methods, from schools such as Vidal, to keep her clients, including select celebrities looking beautiful.
As a former Wella Professional educator she participated in invitation only trainings in New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles. She also regularly works with models at major hair shows, magazine print photo shoots and L.A.’s Fashion Week.
